Project OverviewAs a member of the Sensor Test Solutions department, the candidate will be part of a team responsible for the design, integration and deployment of test equipment to our factory in Andover, MA and depot facilities domestically and internationally. The teams include engineers with expertise in RF, Power, Digital, Analog, and all engineers develop both hardware and software.
Position OverviewWill vary depending on timing of start, skill set, and project duration. Generally involves design activities described in Key Deliverables.
Key Deliverables- Design of test station and fixture designs (electrical schematic capture and PCB design)
Individual comes up to speed quickly, impacts projects developing test stations/fixtures/automated test software, is familiar with a process‑heavy work environment. Projects are team‑based (5–10 engineers); strong collaboration and communication essential.
Qualifications- Core Technical Skills (Non‑negotiables)
- Electrical Test Instrument/Equipment experience
- Power, RF, Digital Logic, Analog circuit knowledge
- Automated Test Software development experience
- Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with project leadership, project cost and schedule management (e.g., EVMS, MS Project)
- DoW (DoD) project development life cycle processes
- Execute assigned technical tasks in a team setting
- Support scheduled project meetings
- Report progress periodically (daily, weekly, etc.) as required by the project lead
- Automated test software (C/C++/C#, Lab View, Test Stand)
- ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro for PCB design
- Experience in Power, RF, Digital Logic
Minimum of 2 years experience.
EducationSTEM bachelor's degree.
