Overview
Hampton Inn by Hilton-Boston/Bedford/Burlington, 25 Middlesex Turnpike, Billerica, MA 01821. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our Team. Agents must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior Hilton experience is preferred. The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel and provides superior service to all guests.
The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Our Hampton Inn by Hilton is located right off US-3, 15 minutes from Hanscom Air Force Base, about a 35-minute drive to Downtown Boston or Historic Salem, MA. We feature 129 guest rooms. Daily seasonal breakfast is served to all our guests. The Hampton Inn is part of Buffalo Lodging Associates, a hotel management company.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests and completing the check-in/check-out procedure through the property management system, while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
- Handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
- Identifying the needs of each guest and providing information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment; responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Taking reservations from incoming callers, providing service excellence and entering all information into the hotel management system; updating and cancelling reservations as requested by the guest.

- Customer service experience, in a hotel setting, preferred.
- Hilton experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
$19/hr.
