HR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day people matters
• Provide hands‑on HR guidance and own a broad range of employee relations cases
• Coach managers through performance and employee relations issues
• Own end‑to‑end case management for assigned HR matters
• Partner with HR Operations to audit and ensure seamless execution of transactional HR work
• Conduct initial investigations and assess severity, risk, and appropriate next steps

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee relations, HR operations, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations cases
• Ability to coach managers through performance, behavior, conflict, and policy matters
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally within HR and across business units
• HR certification(s) a plus

Demonstrates expertise in employee relations, coaching managers on performance and conflict resolution, and managing HR cases effectively. Proficient in navigating federal, state, and local employment laws while ensuring seamless HR operations.
