MSP Technician​/Systems Engineer Level II & III

Requirements

• 3–5 years of direct experience in an MSP environment required for Level II role
• 5 years of relevant MSP experience required for Level III role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra , MFA)
• Experience with Windows Server versions 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Familiarity with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
• Competence in managing Sonic Wall firewalls
• Knowledge of Uni Fi / Ubiquiti networking equipment
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
• Comprehension of backup and disaster recovery concepts
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite visits

• Resolve Tier 2 technical issues independently
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, including user management and licensing
• Administer Windows Server components such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10 and 11 systems
• Manage Sonic Wall firewalls, including setting up VPNs and configuring firmware and rules
• Deploy and maintain Uni Fi / Ubiquiti networking devices
  
  Conduct onsite service visits when necessary
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support
