Lead security incidents & investigations as SME. Scale incident response, create runbooks & post-mortems, run tabletop exercises. Monitor/analyze logs with KQL in Microsoft Sentinel; build rules, dashboards, hunting queries. Automate with Logic Apps/playbooks. Handle Microsoft Defender for Endpoint threats, vulnerability assessment & remediation. Collaborate with IT/stakeholders on risk reduction & proactive security.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in incident response, systems/network/app security
- Strong Microsoft Sentinel (KQL expertise), Defender for Endpoint, Logic Apps automation
- Scripting (Power Shell/Python), vulnerability management
- On-call rotation; hybrid in Billerica, MA
Preferred: Microsoft/Azure security certs, network knowledge (TCP/IP), SANS/ISC2 certs.
