Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards leads a geographically dispersed team of Total Rewards Partners and/or Benefits Specialists and is responsible for the design, delivery, execution, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs, processes, and strategic initiatives across regions. Partnering closely with the Director, Global Total Rewards, the Senior Manager translates Total Rewards strategy into practical, scalable, and compliant programs that support business objectives, talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

This role combines people leadership with hands‑on execution across compensation, benefits, M&A integration, pay transparency readiness, and issue resolution, while serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.

Direct Reports: 3-4 Total Rewards Partners and/or Benefits Specialists supporting the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
