JANITOR (PART TIME)

Location:

Medtronic - 880 Technology Boulevard, Billerica, Massachusetts 01821 (online applications only).

Schedule:

Part time;
Monday through Friday or Saturdays and Sundays, hours may vary (details upon interview). Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Maintains cleanliness and order in buildings, performing heavy cleaning tasks, including floors, rugs, walls, glass, and rubbish removal.

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment; sanitizes all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

No prior experience required; willingness to train.
