This role leads the global service strategy, operations, and execution for the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) organization. Customer Experience & Retention: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global service operations or related fields. Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, scale global operations, and drive revenue growth. Expertise in customer experience strategy, global service delivery models, and service commercialization.

Strong strategic vision, executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience driving major organizational transformations. Ability to influence enterprise-wide strategy across functions and regions
