Procurement Planner

We are seeking a Procurement Planner to partner closely with suppliers, planning, and production teams to support an automation-focused manufacturing operation.

• Manage consigned inventory programs, including reconciliation, usage tracking, and inventory accuracy
• Execute and maintain purchase orders for electronic components in alignment with MRP-driven demand
• Monitor vendor sales orders and acknowledgements to ensure material availability and on-time delivery
• Track open orders, lead times, and delivery schedules; proactively address shortages or delays
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quantity discrepancies, delivery issues, and inventory variances
• Maintain accurate item, pricing, and supplier data within ERP/MRP systems
• Support production and planning teams by ensuring materials are available to meet build schedules
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Generate and analyze reports related to inventory levels, vendor performance, and material availability

• Experience in procurement, materials planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing or automation environment
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and supplier-managed or consignment inventory models
• Hands‑on experience with purchase order management and vendor coordination
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional and supplier interaction
