CNC Operator

2nd Shift CNC Operators Wanted

Position requires operating CNC machines during the second shift. Gain hands‑on experience in production, quality, engineering, and machining.

$17–$21 per hour

The CNC operator loads parts in the machine, cycles the machine and detects malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co‑workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• Load and unload parts into machines.
• Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts.
• Maintain production rates.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
• Perform inspection of machined products and maintain inspection logs.
• Follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies.
• Follow detailed work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• The employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position at the workstation.
• Frequently moves parts weighing up to 20 lbs.
