Manufacturing Technician

Role Summary

Manufacturing Technician I – Billerica, MA. Join our Kitting team to assemble reagent kits and ensure timely completion of the production schedule. Responsible for accurate assembly of individual components into final products ready for shipping.

• Prioritize kitting schedule requirements in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, including handling material, labeling boxes, verification, quality control, and related tasks.
• Adhere to written procedures and report issues when observed.
• Accurately record and review executed documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain workspace integrity by sanitizing stations and restocking supplies.
• Use ERP software for production transactions and inventory control.
• Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
• Maintain compliance with ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

• High school diploma.
• 0–2 years of kitting or assembly experience.

• Inventory control and ERP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Work from Billerica, MA office; minimum 2 days a week.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to produce high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Adherence to safety standards.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
