• $31 – $38 per hour
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• 10% shift differential for 2nd shift

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Change tooling, adjust offsets, and maintain machine performance
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Monitor production and make adjustments to meet quality standards
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety policies and shop procedures

• 3–5+ years CNC machining experience (mill, lathe, or multi-axis)
• Strong understanding of G-code and machining principles
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, Mori Seiki or similar controls
• Skilled with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
• Experience machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and similar materials
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently and complete jobs from start to finish

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (facility requirement)

• Ability to stand for extended periods on a manufacturing floor
• Frequent hand movement and fine motor skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bending, twisting, and occasional climbing
