Job Summary
- PCB salvage and repair: review board assemblies for salvage and refurbish as necessary (requires soldering).
- Equipment: small hand tools, soldering equipment, overhead torque drivers, computers.
- Testing: working with Windows applications to test devices.
- Read and follow procedures for salvage and test.
- Work within group and with management to generate and enact continuous improvement initiatives.
- Will work with potentially biohazardous material.
- Read, follow, and explain the procedures being used.
- Use a variety of hand tools, including soldering equipment, and computers.
- Understanding of quality control and the ability to recognize defects.
- Communicate effectively with supervision and engineering.
- Understand and complete paperwork correctly.
- 1-2 years soldering experience. Hand soldering per IPC standards.
- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Must be able to work using a microscope.
- The ability to read and speak English.
- The ability to stand or sit while working for extended periods.
- The ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.

Targeted Salary Range$26 - $28 / hr
