Blender Operator

Join an industry-leading manufacturer specializing in advanced adhesive and epoxy solutions serving industries such as aerospace, electronics, medical devices, telecommunications, and industrial manufacturing. This position is responsible for blending raw materials, operating mixing equipment, and following detailed manufacturing instructions to produce high-quality products in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
* Stage and accurately measure raw materials for production batches
* Blend and mix materials according to written work instructions and manufacturing formulas
* Operate mixing equipment and monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Adjust batches under Quality Control guidance as needed
* Follow production schedules and communicate any concerns to supervision
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Complete basic production documentation and records
* Assist with general manufacturing and production activities as needed

Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, food processing, chemical processing, blending, mixing, or similar environment
* Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
* Comfortable working with measurements, weights, and digital scales
* Basic math skills
* Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred:
* 1+ years of batch making, chemical blending, compounding, or mixing experience
* Experience operating mixing, blending, or production equipment
* Experience using digital scales
* Food manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or compounding experience
