We’re seeking experienced CNC Lathe & CNC Milling Operators to join our clients growing precision manufacturing team in Billerica, MA
. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern facility that specializes in high-quality metal components for Semi-Conductor Industry.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am– 4:30pm (Fridays are optional or as needed)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am (Fridays are optional or as needed 12pm start)

$24–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Temp-to-hire

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC Milling to produce precision metal components.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• 2+ years of CNC lathe and/or milling operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
