What you’ll do Translate batch work instructions into safe, accurate blending steps.
Manually stage, weigh, and charge raw materials into mixing vessels.
Run and oversee high‑speed disperse rs and related process instruments.
Tune batches under QC guidance until all specs are approved.
Follow the daily production schedule; surface issues or improvements to your Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized work area; report spills and hazards immediately.
Use required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Support additional production tasks as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Solid basic math for weighing, scaling, and adjustments.
Hands‑on experience with high‑speed disperse rs and handling equipment.
Accuracy with digital scales and process readings.
Background in chemical manufacturing preferred.
Physical expectations
Comfort with prolonged sitting and standing.
Able to lift 50–60 pounds.
Your growth path Batch Maker I:
Independently blends simple batches.
Batch Maker II: 3+ years’ blending; operates vacuum mixers.
Batch Maker III: 5+ years’ blending; operates vacuum mixers and three‑roll milling machines.

Location:
Billerica, MA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 A.M.–4:00 P.M. (1st shift)
Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on relevant skills/experience, time in role, business line, and geography
Bonus: 2025 incentive plan aligned to safety, quality, and financial metrics; up to $1,520/year for eligible employees, paid quarterly
