Plater​/Anodizer

Our manufacturing department is seeking a dedicated Plater / Anodizer to manage our chemical metal treatment lines and verify that all output adheres to our strict quality standards.

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for the shift differential.

• Follow precise work instructions, process sheets, and job cards to manage anodizing and plating lines.
• Apply various metal finishes, including copper, nickel, tin, gold, and silver, to treat parts chemically.
• Prepare and sanitize materials to ensure they are ready for the treatment phase.
• Secure components using wires, racks, and fixtures to facilitate effective processing and minimize potential damage.
• Analyze technical specifications and blueprints to identify the correct finishing requirements.
• Oversee coating thickness, process variables, and plating durations to ensure consistent results.
• Help maintain accurate production records and verify that finished goods meet quality benchmarks.
• Operate autonomously after completing training to uphold high safety and quality performance levels.

• Ideally, 1 to 2 years of background in anodizing, plating, or a related industrial manufacturing field.
• Foundational knowledge of blueprint interpretation, with opportunities for further skill development.
• Capacity to handle chemical substances securely while adhering to standardized operating procedures.
• Meticulous focus on precision to ensure all production quotas and quality goals are consistently achieved.
• A proactive mindset focused on mastering new techniques and expanding technical proficiency.
