Quality Manager – Electromechanical Manufacturing | Greater Boston Area

Drive Quality Excellence in Precision Thermal & Electromechanical Manufacturing.

Seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations for an established manufacturer of high-performance thermal management and electromechanical solutions serving multiple industries.

• Lead a complete quality organization – engineers, technicians, and inspectors
• Full ownership of QMS and ISO 9001:2015 certification
• Drive measurable impact through continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with cutting-edge thermal and electromechanical technologies
• Strategic leadership role reporting to Site General Manager

Own all aspects of quality assurance for precision‑manufactured products. You'll eliminate defects, build robust systems, and serve as the management representative for customer quality issues and external audits. This role combines hands‑on problem‑solving with strategic leadership.

• Eliminate scrap/rework through root cause analysis and corrective action
• Lead CAPA processes and failure mode analysis across operations
• Drive supplier quality improvements and manage source inspections
• Coordinate First Article Inspections and customer quality submittals
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance
• Resolve customer quality issues with urgency and accountability

• BS in Engineering or technical discipline
• 8+ years in quality management with full QMS ownership
• Manufacturing process experience – one or more of sheet metal, welding, brazing, assembly, electrical test
• Proven Lean and 5S implementation
• Up to 10% travel (domestic/international)
