Quality Lead

Alpine Bearing is premium bearing distributor, offering products from the industry’s leading manufacturers.

We are looking for a quality manager to join our team who is responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100D and CMMC 2.0 while driving audit readiness and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100D standards.
• Lead internal audit planning, execution, and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation and ongoing compliance of CMMC 2.0 requirements.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and records are accurate, current, and audit ready
• Own and manage corrective and preventative action processes, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Promote a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing inspection processes to ensure product conformity.
• Partner with warehouse and sales operations to improve order entry, inspection workflows, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report key quality metrics, including customer and supplier OTD and quality performance.
• Complete First Article Inspection Reports as required by customers.

• 5–10 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing, distribution, or regulated environment
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100 (or ISO 9001) quality systems and internal auditing
• Experience managing or participating in audits (internal and external)
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks is a strong plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
