Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to maintain quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process.

Duties
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100 standards.
  • Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within the production process.
  • Coordinate and conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Utilize vision inspection systems for automated inspection processes when applicable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience with quality inspection techniques including visual inspections and the use of precision measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
