Our mission is to transform the way that ice cream and other frozen confections are produced, transported, purchased & consumed. We are a rapidly growing startup based in Billerica, MA that is here to disrupt the cold supply chain while providing commercial settings an appliance that delivers tasty frozen treats in a snap.
Position Overview
We re seeking a results-driven eCommerce Manager to partner with our VP of Growth to scale our direct B2B eCommerce business and accelerate commercial growth across key verticals including corporate offices, universities, country clubs & resorts, car dealerships, and hospitality.
The eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Cold Snap s B2B eCommerce channel while supporting our sales team s expansion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to drive rapid growth and help establish Cold Snap as the go-to solution across multiple commercial verticals.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in eCommerce growth, digital marketing strategy, and B2B sales enablement, combined with creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. This highly collaborative role works closely with the VP of Growth, sales team, and brand marketing team.
This is a hybrid role based in Billerica, MA. We are currently only considering local candidates.
Responsibilities- Build, manage, and optimize the B2B eCommerce site experience, including catalog management, merchandising, promotions, and creative assets
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid search, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising (coordinating with external agencies as needed)
- Create and manage email marketing programs to drive customer loyalty, retention, and repeat purchases
- Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing, site enhancements, personalization, and targeted promotions
- Manage third-party marketplace presence (Amazon, Staples, etc.) to expand reach and revenue
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, customer acquisition cost, retention) and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital properties in collaboration with brand and creative teams
- Optimize Hubspot CRM and marketing automation to maximize sales team efficiency and effectiveness
- Create lead generation programs and nurture campaigns to support the sales pipeline
- Develop vertical-specific digital campaigns that demonstrate ROI and value to target customers
- Track and report on marketing s impact on commercial KPIs including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Required: 5+ years of progressive eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Required: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels: SEM, SEO, email marketing, and web analytics
- Required: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance
- Required: Highly collaborative with a team-first mentality
- Required: Bachelor s degree
- Preferred: Proficiency with marketing technology stack including CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred), Google Analytics, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.), and email marketing tools
- Preferred: Experience with B2B eCommerce or selling to commercial/institutional customers
- Preferred: Familiarity with marketplace management (Amazon, etc.)
- Preferred: Project management experience launching and scaling eCommerce initiatives
