Job Summary

This position’s primary goal is to manage all commercial operations of Sun’s Radio Pharma’s business, including managing all aspects of selling, marketing, pricing, and contract negotiations. Grows business through practical selling skills. Manage high-level corporate radio-pharmacy customer relationships and understand the nuances of the nuclear imaging business. Serves as primary company representative to pharmacy owners and corporate pharmacy management. Qualifies and closes business from outbound selling efforts via face-to-face sales calls (supported by telephone and email), and prospects for new business via proactive selling activities.

Responsibilities
  • Own the SPECT cold-kit portfolio strategy, multi-year growth roadmap, and annual operating plan, including revenue, gross margin, and key performance indicators.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including SKU/portfolio optimization, label/packaging updates, and product enhancement opportunities based on market and customer insights.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategy, contract frameworks, and negotiation plans to secure and grow business across target channels (radio pharmacies, hospitals/IDNs, distributors/partners).
  • Maintains regular contact with all key accounts to monitor market conditions and ensure that the needs of customers are efficiently met by Sun Radio Pharma products and services
  • Develops clinical and technical knowledge of Sun Radiopharma’s and competitors’ products.
  • Qualifies sales leads through direct face-to-face selling, supported by phone and email contact. Determines the account’s business potential, quality of interest, and identifies key decision makers to close sales.
  • Contacts prospects and leads to qualify interest and close new business (Hospital and Radiopharmacy).
  • Responsible for the departmental budget, timeline, and resource planning. Alerts prospects to new or improved products /services.
  • Prioritize team efforts across stakeholders to maximize opportunities, share customer insights, and aid the team in obtaining and allocating resources.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for new product launches, maintaining and growing access for existing products.
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders across the matrixed organization to develop total solutions that meet customer needs and bring value to all parties.
  • Assess competitive landscape, emerging clinical practice trends, and partner opportunities; recommend and implement responses to protect and grow market share.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and business reviews for senior leadership, translating performance data into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Makes recommendations to senior management concerning all commercial activities for radiopharmacy customers.
  • Negotiates and implements product purchase contracts to secure and grow company sales to meet objectives.
  • Represents the company at customers' trade shows and meetings.
  • Monitors competitive environment, makes recommendations to address emerging threats. Develops strategies to counter such threats.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in Radio Pharma business
  • Experience in making presentations to executive level customers.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, development and management.
  • Well-developed analytical skills.
  • Established working knowledge and credibility of the Nuclear Medicine industry and marketplace including SPECT radiopharmaceuticals and cold-kit preparation and use in clinical practice
  • Established working knowledge and credibility in Nuclear Medicine,
  • Ability to exercise a high level of initiative and self-motivation and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to exhibit effective follow-up and bring projects to completion.
  • Handles sensitive data and situations with professionalism.
  • Strong computer skills; expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in creating and coordinating quotes, contracts and deliverables.
  • Experience in metrics development and implementation.
