Security Officer Patrol Access Assistant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones, to help identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly.;
Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and support visitor management practices in accordance with location policies and procedures.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Observe for disruptions, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
