Boston Indoor Comfort - HVAC Service Technician

About the Role

Looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians in Boston to diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Compensation ranges from $35 to $55 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities up to $5,000. No sales pressure environment.

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls, conduct maintenance, and handle warranty work.
• Work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions.
• Recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate—without sales pressure.

• Minimum 3 years residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
