, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial and industrial customers.
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) services and general HVAC maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, water-source heat pumps, and other equipment.
• Service customers across retail, bakeries, cafés, office parks, laboratories, and other commercial facilities.
• Respond to service calls and efficiently diagnose and resolve equipment issues in the field.
• Work independently on routine service calls and collaborate with an apprentice or helper on larger projects as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding equipment conditions, repairs, and recommended maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Obtain necessary parts and supplies through established company supplier accounts.
• Safely operate and maintain the company-provided service vehicle.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable HVAC, EPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule, generally approximately one week per month.
• Maintain required EPA certification and pursue additional licenses and certifications for career advancement.
• Work closely with company ownership and experienced technicians to develop technical skills and knowledge.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, coworkers, vendors, and company leadership.
