Warehouse Associate - Picking & Packing –

Location:

Billerica, MA;
Pay Rate: $21/hour;

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate in Billerica, MA to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or experienced warehouse professionals looking for a stable schedule and long-term growth.

• Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Package and prepare 3-4 pallets per week for shipment to international warehouse locations
• Perform light inventory duties
  , including cycle counts of finished goods
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Support ongoing process improvements as warehouse systems and workflows modernize

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment preferred
• Experience with picking and packing orders required
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, cycle counting, or digital tracking tools is a plus
• Entry-level candidates welcome with a consistent work history
• Ability to adapt to new systems and evolving warehouse processes
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow within a warehouse team
