Location: Billerica, MA

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations in a clean, professional environment. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with strong potential for full‑time conversion.

• Pick and pull materials for production and customer orders
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures for materials and finished goods
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and enter data into the MRP system
• Package and ship orders using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and freight carriers
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation
• Identify and document damaged shipments or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Support other departments as needed

• 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience in medical device or regulated environments is a plus
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, and handling small parts
