Warehouse Lead Supervisor

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our food, facilities, and uniform services. In this role, you will lead and schedule warehouse staff, manage inventory, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, and ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies. You will coordinate closely with food service and facilities teams to meet demand, maintain accurate documentation and stock rotation, and use warehouse systems to track inventory and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations supporting food and facilities services
• Lead, schedule, and train warehouse staff to meet service and safety standards
• Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Coordinate with food service, facilities, and logistics teams to meet demand
• Monitor accuracy of shipments, documentation, and stock rotation
• Use warehouse systems to track inventory and generate reports
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain equipment, storage areas, and a clean, organized warehouse
• Support audits, cycle counts, and incident reporting as required
