Function: Maintenance

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Technician. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic Maintenance team where you will work across a wide range of electrical systems, carrying out routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure safe and reliable plant operation. In addition, you will support the installation and commissioning of plant upgrades and improvement projects both during normal operations and scheduled turnarounds, helping to maximise plant availability, resolve defects efficiently, and deliver maintenance routines on schedule.

In this role you are accountable for

EHSQ

Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with company and statutory, environmental, health and safety standards including compliance with PPE requirements, permits and isolation procedures, the use of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and pre‑job hazard checks for all tasks.

Experience

An integral aspect of the electrician is the ability to locate and identify faults in a timely manner to restore plant and equipment to acceptable conditions.

• Knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements in a COMAH top tier site and a detailed understanding of how CF complies with these through site procedures, rules, and expectations.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical safety risks and a familiarity with the relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Competent Person ‘A’ status under FW66.
• Partially authorised person under the CF HV Rules.
• Have experience using a computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Proficient user of MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and must have well‑developed written and oral communication skills.
