Part-Time AR Specialist

The Part-Time / Contract Accounts Receivable Specialist supports day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations by handling routine invoicing, customer inquiries, basic collections, and account maintenance. This role is designed to support transactional and customer-facing A/R activities while ensuring appropriate escalation and compliance.

• Respond to customer requests for invoices and basic account information
• Process and distribute part invoices for internal and external customers
• Maintain customer accounts, including shipping addresses and contact information
• Perform collections follow-up on assigned accounts
• Send overdue notices and collection letters through the ERP system
• Document customer communications and elevate issues as needed
• Assist with assigned Accounts Receivable projects
• Participate in A/R review, training, and status meetings

• Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting support experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working within an ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and elevate issues appropriately

• Experience with collections processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
