The Accountant position at Alberta Bair Theater is the primary bookkeeper for all operations. The role maintains the general ledger in Quick Books, balances and reconciles accounts, and handles accounts payable and receivable, event settlements and monthly bank reconciliations.
The incumbent will process bi-monthly payroll, maintain payroll records including vacation and sick hours, benefit plans and payroll taxes, and prepare monthly trial balances.
