Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answers the phone and greets visitors.

· Schedules and maintains the calendar of company executives.

· Coordinates the booking and sets up the conference room.

· Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls.

· Organizes and files company documents.

· Coordinates the ordering and distribution of office supplies

· Distributes incoming mail. Drops off outgoing mail.

· Handles some Company shipping for various departments.

· Keeps the kitchen and conference room clean.

· Creates employee badges.

· Creates documents, labels, and spreadsheets.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex. fax machines and printers)

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High school degree.

· Proven work experience as an Office Receptionist or similar role.
