Rocky Mountain College invites applications for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant within the Student Life division. This fulltime, exempt position provides high level administrative support to the Executive Vice President/Dean of Student Life and serves as a central resource for communication, scheduling, event coordination, and office operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting a student-centered campus environment.

The campus of Rocky Mountain College occupies approximately 60 park-like acres in a residential section of Billings, Montana. - Provide primary administrative support to the EVP/Dean of Student Life
- Assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors; schedule appointments and direct individuals to appropriate resources
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting documents
- Operate the campus switchboard and perform daily office tasks including word processing, data entry, proofreading, and filing
- Coordinate major Student Life events (Orientation, Yule Log Dinner, Study Break Breakfast, Commencement)
- Process requisitions, purchase orders, check requests, expense reports, and credit card transactions
- Produce , issue parking permits, maintain related databases, and process fines and fees
- Submit work orders and manage room reservations for campus spaces
- Utilize mail merge for bulk communications and event materials
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise work study students; manage payroll timeclock
- Serve as recording secretary for Board of Trustees committees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal effectiveness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to operate a telephone switchboard and learn campus systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- College degree preferred
- Minimum one year of administrative or office experience required
- Experience in higher education or student services preferred
- Experience supervising student employees is beneficial
