Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to support the operations of the US Attorneys Office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth administrative workflows, coordinating office activities, and providing essential support to legal and administrative staff. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and office management staff.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Schedule meetings, court appearances, and appointments, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with record‑keeping policies.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with procurement, inventory management, and office supply coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and official notices.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as required.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and document management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within a legal or government environment.
  • Prior experience supporting attorneys or legal teams is highly desirable.
Working Hours
  • Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, standard office hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Flexibility may be required during peak periods or to support urgent tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of legal office procedures and terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Competence in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi‑line phone systems.
