Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to support the operations of the US Attorneys Office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth administrative workflows, coordinating office activities, and providing essential support to legal and administrative staff. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and office management staff.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Schedule meetings, court appearances, and appointments, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with record‑keeping policies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with procurement, inventory management, and office supply coordination.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and official notices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as required.
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and document management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within a legal or government environment.
- Prior experience supporting attorneys or legal teams is highly desirable.
- Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, standard office hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility may be required during peak periods or to support urgent tasks.
- Knowledge of legal office procedures and terminology is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Competence in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi‑line phone systems.
