Job SummaryThe Motor Vehicle Title Specialist supports our Commercial Division by accurately processing vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure title documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Key traits: organized, detail oriented, dependable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong accuracy, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to follow established procedures are essential. Experience with title work is a plus, but administrative or processing experience is sufficient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Montana Vehicle Department policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information.
- Accurately complete required forms and documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Maintain organized and accurate records.
- Support commercial office operations as needed.
- Work effectively in a structured team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Montana Driver's License (required)
- Successful background checks (criminal and motor vehicle records)
- Availability Monday–Saturday between 8:45 AM-5:30 PM; willingness to work overtime.
- Preferred:
Experience with motor vehicle title processing. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills using Windows‑based applications.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Team player in a structured environment.
- Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment (telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, copier).
- Hourly pay starting at $18 per hour.
