Wheel & Tire Specialist

Discount Tire is seeking a Wheel & Tire Specialist to join our Automotive team. In this on-site retail role, you'll greet customers, assess their tire and wheel needs, and provide safe, accurate installation, rotation, balancing, and repair services. You'll recommend products based on safety, performance, and budget, using POS systems to complete transactions. Working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, you'll follow strict safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and receive hands-on training with clear opportunities for advancement and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and wheel service needs
• Provide product recommendations based on safety, budget, and driving conditions
• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires following company standards
• Inspect wheels, tires, and related components for wear and safety issues
• Operate lifts, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay and lobby area
• Process work orders and payments using POS systems
• Educate customers on tire maintenance and safety best practices
