Tire Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Install, rotate, repair, and balance tires according to company standards
• Operate tire mounting, balancing, and repair equipment safely
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting and use of PPEMaintain a clean, organized bay and work area
• Assist with inventory handling, stocking, and organizing tires and wheels
• Provide basic customer interaction, explaining services performed
• Accurately document services and follow shop procedures
• Support team members to ensure efficient shop workflow
• Adhere to Discount Tire policies and quality standards
