• Deliver and develop training for end users on Virtual Fencing Technology
• Customize user portals and reports to enhance user experience
• Consult with customers to recommend process improvements for full implementation
• Resolve customer inquiries and document interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to organize user groups and demonstrations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Health, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restrictions
• Proficiency in written, verbal communication, and MS Office

• Experience in account management or customer relationship management
• Background in agricultural economics or animal husbandry
• Familiarity with project management skills
• Ability to gather testimonials and conduct case study research
• Experience in field sales support
