Operations Assistant

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital, a growing 24/7/365 Emergency and GP hospital, is looking for a qualified Operations Assistant. The operations assistant is a supervisor-level role reporting to our Nursing Manager. The operations assistant supports the operation of the hospital in the following areas:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Staff Scheduling as Assigned
• Referral Experience Coordination
• Inventory
• Chart Auditing and Review

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 3 or more years veterinary experience.
• 2 or more years inventory experience.
• High attention to detail, with demonstrated success in document or data review.
