Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Summer Program Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow during their summer break. You will be leading group activities, supervising recreational games, and facilitating team-building exercises.

• Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for campers.
• Provide care and supervision for campers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and socialization.
• Manage group dynamics and ensure that all campers participate in activities.
• Provide feedback to parents and camp directors on the progress and development of campers.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior experience working with children in a camp or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
• Must have the ability to work outdoors and participate in physical activities.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
