Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Superintendent Healthcare for a large ground up build ($900M) in the construction industry. The role involves overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from planning to completion, ensuring high safety and quality standards. Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 per year.

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective work.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve highest standards.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards compliance.
• Resolve issues and problems during construction, maintaining high standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, focusing on healthcare projects.
• Proven experience in ground up, commercial finishes, finishes, and framing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
  Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in project management software and related applications.
