Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Superintendent Healthcare for a large ground up build ($900M) in the construction industry. The role involves overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from planning to completion, ensuring high safety and quality standards. Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 per year.

- Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective work.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve highest standards.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards compliance.
- Resolve issues and problems during construction, maintaining high standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, focusing on healthcare projects.
- Proven experience in ground up, commercial finishes, finishes, and framing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred:
Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in project management software and related applications.
