We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Superintendent – Healthcare to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in construction, specializing in ground‑up healthcare construction. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, construction codes, and standards. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed correctly, efficiently, and safely.

• Oversee all aspects of MEP systems in healthcare construction projects, from design to installation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure MEP systems meet project specifications and requirements.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of MEP systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the MEP team, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure that all MEP work is carried out in compliance with local and national building codes and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP work, identifying any issues or deficiencies and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule MEP work, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budget updates, and other documentation as required.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback on MEP work.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in healthcare construction and MEP systems.

• Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on healthcare construction.
• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or comparable role.
• In‑depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, construction codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
