Sr. Superintendent Healthcare Interiors

Top ENR GC is seeking a traveling healthcare superintendent for a large ground‑up build ($900M). Interiors experience a must.

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Superintendent Healthcare to join our progressive team. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in construction, particularly in ground‑up, commercial finishes, finishes, and framing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of healthcare construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of work are carried out to the highest standard.

• Oversee the daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process promptly.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
• Proven experience in ground end-up, commercial finishes, finishes, and framing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
