The Project Managerisresponsibleforensuringallprojectsarecompletedsafely ,onschedule,within budget,andtocompanyqualitystandards.
Thisroleoverseesplanning,staffing,materials,equipment,scheduling,customer communication,andoverallprojectexecutionwhilemaximizingproductivityandprofitability.
- Maintainasafeworkenvironmentonallprojects.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,safety regulations,permits,andapplicablecodes.
- Monitorjobsitestoensuresafeworkpracticesandproperhousekeeping.
- Developandmanageprojectexecutionplans.
- Review drawings,specifications,schedules,and contracts.
- Coordinate manpower,materials,equipment,and subcontractors.
- Identifyandresolveprojectissuesbeforetheyimpactscheduleorcost.
- Conductregularjobsitevisitsandprojectreviews.
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,contractors,andinternalteams.
- Leadprojectturnoverandplanningmeetings.
- Communicateprojectstatus,risks,delays,andsolutionstomanagement.
- Resolvequestionsregardingplans,specifications,andprojectrequirements.
- Monitorlaborproductivity,project costs,and profitability.
- Managechangeordersfromidentificationthroughapprovalandbilling.
- Ensuretimelyprocurementofmaterialsandequipment.
- Supportaccurateprojectbillingandfinancialreporting.
- Support hiring,training,development,andperformancemanagementofprojectpersonnel.
- Provideguidanceandsupportto Project Superintendentsandfieldstaff .
- Promoteteamwork,accountability,andcontinuousimprovement.
- Ensureallworkmeetscontractrequirementsandcompanyqualitystandards.
- Monitorprojectprogressandaddressqualityconcernspromptly.
- Coordinatewarrantyworkandprojectcloseoutactivities.
- Strongleadershipandcommunicationskills.
- Knowledgeofconstructionprojectmanagementprinciples.
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretplans,specifications,and contracts.
- Experiencemanagingschedules,budgets,manpower,and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving,organizational,and decision-making abilities.
