Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Handle the front desk, phones, and guest experience—creating a warm, helpful, and efficient environment.

Schedule:

Full days on Thursday, Friday and Saturday OR Full days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Field requests and support resident/family needs
• Manage first‑impression areas and phone system
• Maintain basic records and administrative systems
• Assist with events and community communications
• Create informal opportunities for resident socialization

• Confidence engaging with seniors and families
• Top‑notch customer service and hospitality mindset
• Kind, professional communication (verbal and written)
• MS Office basics and comfort with multi‑tasking
• Awareness of environment and details

• Front desk, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles
• Volunteer experiences focused on helping others
• Jobs supporting seniors or vulnerable populations

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year in high‑level customer service/office experience
• Current negative TB test
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Good time management; able to work independently
