The City of Billings is seeking an Emergency Services Operator who will, after training is completed, handle emergency and non-emergency telephone calls from the public and question callers to determine information needed for responder safety. You will compose dispatch reports and provide life safety instructions while operating dispatch and telephone systems.
Essential duties include maintaining records and logs, handling teletype communications with deaf citizens, and serving as a dispatcher
