Loan Servicing Specialist

Duration: 12-Month Contract with strong potential for extension and conversion to full-time

We're seeking a customer-focused Servicing Analyst to support a Corporate & Commercial Banking operations team by handling customer inquiries related to vehicle titles, liens, insurance, and servicing activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys investigating issues, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation while working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing a high level of service to customers, dealerships, DMV offices, and other business partners.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to vehicle titles, liens, insurance requirements, and servicing activities.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies, customer concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, DMV offices, and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, requests, resolutions, and follow-up activities.
• Provide updates to customers and business partners regarding account status and title processing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout servicing activities.
• Prioritize and manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support additional servicing, title processing, and customer service functions as needed.
