Wallwork Truck Center is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great opportunity for you. Starting Pay is $60-65K/ year.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. You'll help communicate the customers service needs, coordinate repairs with our technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
What You'll Do- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Listen to customer concerns and gather information about service and repair needs
- Create repair orders, estimates, and repair quotes
- Schedule service appointments and help manage the daily shop workflow
- Communicate repair needs, costs, and timelines with customers
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to help keep repairs moving efficiently
- Communicate final information with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and help create a positive service experience
- Work as part of a team to provide timely, high-quality service
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Service Advisor, automotive, diesel, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and learning service-related systems
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing a great customer experience
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, and drug screen
