Role Overview: The dental hygienist is a trusted clinical partner responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the doctor to develop and implement personalized patient care plans
- Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and communication
- Manage schedules and supplies to deliver comprehensive care autonomously
- Provide patient education and support a positive patient experience
- Engage in hands-on training with advanced technology like voice-activated charting and 3D scanning
- Participate in ongoing learning through structured onboarding and continuing education programs
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program
- Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient education
