We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director (MD/DO) to join a growing healthcare organization in Billings, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to blend clinical practice with medical leadership in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position HighlightsCompetitive base salary: $250,000 $ 300,000
Clinical + leadership hybrid role
Oversight of multiple care sites or service lines
Collaborative multidisciplinary team

Provide direct patient care in assigned facilities
️ Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical standards, quality initiatives, and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements
Lead, mentor, and support clinical teams (NPs, PAs, and staff)
Drive quality improvement and care coordination efforts
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in relevant specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar)
️ Active or eligible Montana medical license
️ Leadership or prior Medical Director experience preferred
️ Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
